The staff was very attentive. They assisted with arranging a private car and tour guide. The hotel also provided airport transfer. The breakfast was really delicious.
The jacuzzi wasn't working. The room wasn't soundproof. I heard everything from neighboring rooms. I also heard loud noises around midnight.

the staff was helpful , even with my many requests. breakfasts were delicious , especially the crepes. the bed mattress was comfortable , and i slept well despite my back issues.
the bathroom offered limited privacy. the only mirror was above the sink with poor lighting. there was no full-length mirror to get dressed , and the lighting was insufficient.

The staff was amazing. They were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for visiting the major tourist sites. The room was clean and a good size, too. I would consider staying here again.
The spa was not included in the price. It was an expensive extra. The jacuzzi was not even working . The room was not very soundproof. I could hear everything around the room.

the location was alright, placing me near some interesting spots.
My room faced an inner shaft, so there wasn't any view. The worn rug smelled really bad, and i had to roll it up. It seemed like the room lacked comfort.
